I am the administrator of an estate for which I was desperate to quickly sell a distressed property before it was lost to foreclosure so that the widow of the deceased could bank the equity. The property was in such poor condition that two realtors actually declined to list it for me. Ishtar stepped up to the challenge and quickly sold the property at a fair price that provided a significant profit for the family of the deceased. Ishtar did many things that were above and beyond the requirements of the contract to make this sale happen, including personally installing required smoke detectors and clearing out old furniture because I live about 500 miles away from the property!
